I've been a big fan of Marc Cohn ever since 'Walking In Memphis'. I've got 4 of his studio albums - although I decided to give 'Listening Booth' a miss.
I've recently come across an album by another artist where the music shares many of the qualities of Marc's music; it's called 'Mission Temple Fireworks Stand' by a singer-songwriter called Paul Thorn - it's has a sort of gospel flavoured, southern roots-rock vibe.
I'd be interested to hear from anyone who can suggest other albums which have some similarities to the music of Marc Cohn.

My post kinda drew a blank.
I see what you mean about 'I'm Alive'. Got a couple of JB's early albums -'Late For The Sky' and 'For Everyman', but I've lost touch with his more recent stuff.
Thanks for your suggestion Shawn. Ah well - back to the drawing board.
